摘要
通过实验研究了预先再结晶对冷轧双相钢组织性能的影响。首先通过研究再结晶演变规律确定了预先再结晶的温度和时间分别为700℃保温30s;另外,通过奥氏体形成动力学及相变点检测确定两相区退火工艺参数;最后分析了预先再结晶对冷轧双相钢组织性能的影响。实验表明:冷轧钢板经T=700℃,t=30 s预先再结晶处理后,迅速升温进入双相区热处理可以较好的消除了条带状组织,得到均匀的F+M双相组织,其塑性有了较大幅度的提高,抗拉强度略有上升。
The effect of pre - recrystallization on microstructure and property of cold - rolled du- al phase steel was studied through experimental. The recrystallization temperature and time were identi- fied as 700℃ and 30s, by the evolution of recrystallization;the parameters of intercritical anneal pro- cessing were determined from the transformation kinetics of austenite ;Finally ,The effect of pre -recrys- tallization on microstructure and property of cold - roiled dual phase steel was analyzed. The experimen- tal is indicated that:The cold -rolled steel after pre -recrystallization at T =700℃ ,t = 30 s,Rapid heating to the intercritical temperature, can be better to eliminate the banded organization, and to be u- niform F + M phase organization, with the plasticity is relatively large increase, tensile strength is in- creased slightly.
