8#张紧辊为拉矫机提供相应张力带钢的张紧辊,是镀锌生产线上的重要设备之一。详细介绍了运用振动检测方法对张紧辊轴承和减速箱诊断,并在此基础上进行时域频域分析查出故障点排除故障。
NO. 8 bridle roll is one of the most important facility in CGL and to provide the strip of proper tension for tension leveler. This paper refers to vibration diagnose of bridle roll bearings and reducer, to solve the problem following analysis of time domain and frequency domain.
