摘要
在企业发展的历程中,女工工作如何创新,如何履行好职责,如何做到女职工信得过、企业管理的好帮手,是新时期摆在女工组织面前急待解决的问题。面对我们面临的现状和困难,我们要从深入学习,提高理论水平、调查研究,把握思想脉搏、与时俱进,勇于突破创新、尊重基层,重视创造实践、发挥优势,多方激励女工等五个途径去寻求解决办法。
In the course of the recent developments of large companies, Women Labour Organi- zation has been challenged for various problems among different fields, and this becomes even signifi- cant in the new era. People raised all kinds of questions such as how they can trust the organization, what is the responsibility of such an organization and how can they ensure the women workers'welfare? How do they organize the work and what about the efficiency to approach problems, can they come up with possible solutions? In regard to all these doubts and the difficulties lie ahead, we need to face them directly and study workable methods to tackle these problems. Besides equipped with fully under- standing on theories, we need to put them into practice to test if those methods are valid or not, moreo- ver, we should consider ourselves pacing with time, based on facts but never be restricted with rules, be creative and brave to discover and to innovate.
