摘要
大型异步电动机在轻载运行时 ,效率都较低。利用大功率晶闸管来取代传统的交流接触器 ,用单片机对异步电动机的功率因数角A和触发角Q ,进行两段式控制 ,达到计算机仿真效果[1]。控制调节异步电动机的软起动 ,能有效地降低起动电流 ,使其平滑起动运行 ,达到节约电能与延长异步电动机使用寿命的目的 。
