运动员心理耗竭研究现状综述

摘要 心理耗竭是运动心理学领域中的一个研究热点,心理耗竭不仅会造成运动员身心压力过大,甚至会导致运动员退出体育运动。本文主要对心理耗竭的概念、心理耗竭的横向与纵向研究以及降低心理耗竭可能性的手段与方法进行分析与论述。
