摘要 南极磷虾以其巨大的生物量和潜在的渔业资源价值越来越受到世界各国的重视。南极磷虾富含蛋白质及多种营养元素,是人类重要的生物蛋白库,但高氟含量一直是制约其加工及安全利用的瓶颈。介绍了南极磷虾中氟的存在概况,赋存形态及检测技术的研究现状,并概述了南极磷虾中氟的安全性研究进展。 Antarctic krill (Euphausia superba) is abundant in the Southern Ocean, and is a key organism of the Antarctic marine ecosystem and a potential fishery resource. Much of the interest in using krill as a resource arose from the overexploitation of other fisheries and particularly from the reduction of the whole stocks. It can provide a source of feeds for China's aquaculture industry. However, the high content of fluorine restricted its utilization. In this paper, the forms of fluorine and the latest detection technique are collected. In addition, the advances in safety assessment of fluoride are summarized. There is evidence that the krill fishery will exoand considerably in the near future.
