Utilization Research on Rice Bran

米糠是稻谷加工的副产品,是一种可再生资源,每年可产生1 400多t。由于米糠中含有丰富的营养元素,如蛋白质、脂肪、维生素和微量元素等,因此被称为"天赐营养源"。米糠的合理利用已经成为稻谷综合利用的研究重点。综述了米糠油、米糠油衍生物、米糠饲料和米糠食品等最新研究进展,为米糠进一步合理的开发提供基础。

Rice bran is a by-product of rice processing,is a renewable resource,can produce over 1 400 t per year.Since rice bran is rich in nutrients,such as protein,fat,vitamins and trace elements,known as the heaven-sent source of nutrition.In this paper,the latest research of rice bran oil,rice bran derivatives,rice bran feed and rice bran food are reviewed,for further ration development to provide the basis.
