葛根黄酮类化合物的研究进展

The Development of Research in Flavonoids of Puerariae

介绍了葛根黄酮类化合物的提取分离纯化方法、功能特性及药理作用的研究进展。并对国内的葛根黄酮类化合物保健食品的开发进行了展望,拟为国内葛根黄酮类化合物保健食品的工业化生产研究的进一步探索奠定基础。

At present, Radix puerariae flavones are natural antioxidants, and potentially used in the fields of medicines and foods. This paper summarizes the research pro^ess on flavonoids and its extraction, isolation, function and pharmacological effects. In the meantime, the direction of the further study on Radix puerariae flavones is indicated in order to found a basis for further research of its industrial production in health food.
