The Questions and Countermeasures of Food Safety in China

食品是人类赖以生存和发展最基本的物质条件,食品安全关乎人类的健康甚至生命,严重影响着经济的发展和社会的稳定,因此,保障食品安全尤为重要。随着食品安全问题频出,食品安全已成为我国消费者最为关注的问题之一。分析了我国食品安全问题产生的原因,并提出了相应的对策。

Food is the most essential material condition for human survival and development, food safety is a matter of human health and even life, it is seriously affecting economic development and social stability. Thus, ensuring food security is particularly important. With problems of food safety frequenting, food safety has become one of the most concern issues by consumers. This paper analyzes the problem of food safety causes, and proposes the corresponding countermeasures.
