摘要 本文对山桐子油的品质进行了分析,分别测定了其酸价、皂化值、碘值、过氧化值及油脂的脂肪酸组成等指标,以期为山桐子油的制取与开发提供依据。从试验结果得知山桐籽油的碘值为145.32 g I2/100g油,属干性油,不易保存,亚油酸含量80.12%,是一种亚油酸型保健食用油。 Quality analysis for Idesia polycarpa Maxim seed oil was made in this paper, including the detemaination of acid value, saponification value, iodine value, peroxide value and the fatty acid composition, in order to provide the theory basis for Idesia polycarpa Maxim seed oil production and development. The results showed that this oil belonged to Linoleic acid- style oil because of 80.11% Linoleic acid content, and it is a kind of drying oil due to its iodine value 145.3 g I2/100g oil. It was inferred that Idesia polycarpa Maxim seed oil was a kind of healthy care cooking oil.
