目的应用持续质量管理模式,对该院手供一体化器械进行持续质量改进。方法采用环节质量控制,按照"发现问题-分析原因-解决办法-效果评价"4个步骤找出各个环节的问题,制订工作流程和工作指引,建立高效的质量评价体系。结果器械损坏率、遗失率降低,运转良好,完全能保证手术的需要。结论持续质量改进在手供一体化器械的管理中取得显著成效,提高了护理管理水平。

Objective To constantly practice quality improvement of integrated instrument by application of mode for continuous quality management.Methods The application of the link control was performed,working process and instructions,efficient quality evaluation system were established according to four steps of finding problem,cause analysis,solution,effect evaluation.Results The rate of damage and loss for equipment were reduced.There was a good run in operating room,which guaranteed the needs of the surgery completely.Conclusion Continuous quality improvement in operating room and supply room for integrated instrument can achieve remarkable results and improve the management.
