摘要
高校毕业生就业形势十分严峻,大学生就业指导工作是一个系统工程,贯穿于大学四年本科教育的全过程。在新体系里,就业指导人员是由学校领导,就业中心的专业工作者,院系的专兼职就业辅导员、班主任、专业教师和社会专家等组成,他们各自从不同角度发挥不同的作用。
The employment situation of undergraduate students is extremely serious.The related guidance work is a systematic project that spans the four years.In the new system,the employment advisors,led by the school,are themselves professional workers in the employment center,full-time and part-time employment counselors,head teachers and teachers in the secondary schools as well as extramural experts who play different roles in the different perspectives.
