布地奈德联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床研究

Treatment of bronchial asthma in children with combination of budesonide and montelukast

目的研究布地奈德联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿支气管哮喘的有效性与安全性。方法入选128例支气管哮喘患儿,按照随机数字方法分成2组,每组64例,其中对照组给予布地奈德雾化吸入,而研究组给予布地奈德雾化吸入加孟鲁司特口服。治疗12 w后,观察与分析两组患儿的相关临床资料。结果在治疗后,研究组的PEF和FEV1均较对照组有显著改善(P<0.05);两组患儿在疗程中哮喘急性发作例数、支气管哮喘症状及体征消失天数均具有统计学差异(P<0.05);对照组的总有效率为71.88%,研究组为96.88%,二者具有统计学差异(P<0.05);对照组的不良反应总发生率为18.75%,研究组不良反应总发生率为20.31%,二者没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论布地奈德雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿支气管哮喘疗效确切而迅速。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of budesonide combined with montelukast in treatment of bronchial asthma in children.Methods 128 children with bronchial asthma were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 64 ones in each group.The control group received aerosol inhalation of budesonide,and the research group received aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with oral administration of montelukast.After the treatment for 12 w,the clinical data of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results After the treatment,the PEF and FEV1 of the research group were significantly improved compared with those of the control group（P〈0.05）.During the course of treatment,there were significant differences in the number of acute episodes cases and the disappearing time of symptoms and physical signs between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the control group was 71.88% and the research group was 96.88%.The differences were significant between the two groups（P〈0.05）.However,between the control group and the research group,there was no significant difference of total incidence rate of adverse reactions（18.75% vs 20.31%）（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic effects of aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with oral administration of montelukast are accurate and fast in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children. 更多
