蜱传莱姆螺旋体跨物种传播的信号调控

摘要 莱姆病(LD)是由硬蜱属(Ixodes)传播的自然疫源性疾病,其病原体是呈革兰氏阴性的伯氏疏螺旋体(Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato)。莱姆病可引起皮肤、关节、心血管和中枢神经系统组织等多系统感染,从而被世界卫生组织列为应重点防治研究的新发现传染病之一。
