2型糖尿病的同型半胱氨酸及胱硫醚β合成酶CBS844ins68基因多态性特点 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者的同型半胱氨酸水平(homocysteine,Hcy)及Hcy代谢相关酶胱硫醚β-合成酶(cysta-thionineβ-synthase,CBS)基因的844 ins68的多态性的特点。方法选择72例新发2型糖尿病患者(DM)及83例健康对照者,检测了所有研究对象的Hcy、叶酸、维生素B12浓度。应用PCR分析CBS 844ins68基因多态性。结果 DM组Hcy水平明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(10.9μmol/L vs 12.7μmol/L,P<0.05)。DM组叶酸水平明显高于对照组(8.3ng/ml vs 5.5ng/ml,P<0.05)。DM组维生素B12水平与对照组差异无统计学意义(396pg/ml vs 431pg/ml,P>0.05)。糖尿病组与对照组CBS844ins68的基因型及等位基因频率的差异均无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论初发2型糖尿病Hcy水平可能减低,CBS844ins68基因多态性可能与糖尿病无关。 Objective To explore the significance of homocysteine and the gene polymorphisms of CBS 844ins68 in type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods We selected 72 newly diagnosed type 2 DM patients,and 83 healthy controls in northern China.We measured the levels of plasma Hcy,folate and vitamin B12 in all subjects.The gene polymorphisms of the CBS 844ins68 were determined by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)-based assay.Results The plasma Hcy levels in DM group were significantly lower than those in control group(10.9μmol/L vs 12.7μmol/L,P0.05).The levels of plasma folate in DM group were significantly higher than those in control group(8.3ng/ml vs 5.5ng/ml,P0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of vitamin B12 between in DM group and in controls(396pg/ml vs 431pg/ml,P0.05).There were no significant differences in the frequencies of CBS 844ins68 genotype and allele between 2 groups(P0.05).Conclusion The levels of Hcy in newly diagnosed type 2 DM patients may be lower than in healthy people,and the gene polymorphism of CBS844ins68 may be not related with DM in northern Chinese Han population.
