谈高职院校法律专业学生实践能力的培养

On the Cultivation of Law Students' Practical Ability in High Vocational College

将学生培养成应用型的高技能专业人才,是高职院校一直研究的课题和高职教育不断追求的目标。高职院校法律专业教育应该在准确把握学生实践能力的内涵,明确实践能力培养现实意义的基础上,深入分析我国目前高职院校法律专业学生实践能力培养存在的问题及原因,并提出可行的解决方案。

The cultivation of students＇ practical ability is a subject that all the high vocational colleges are researching into. It＇ s the goal of the high education institution to pursuit to cultivate students as the applicationoriented and high skilled talents. It＇ s right on the basis of knowing the connotation of law students＇ practical ability cultivation in high vocational college accurately and the realistic significance clearly that as an educator who teaches law in high vocational college, I have made a thorough analysis on the problems and causes existing in the students＇ practical ability cultivation in high vocational college presently. Some feasible solutions to the problems are proposed in this article too. It＇ s both the duty and important measures to raise teachers＇ teaching ability.
