影响成人学生参与进修相关因素的研究——以云南德宏职业学院为例

为了解影响成人学生参与进修的相关因素,采用质性研究方法,以云南德宏职业学院的成教处成人学生为研究对象,选取12名"25岁以上"的成人学生作为研究参与者,以深度访谈方法进行了调查研究。最后根据研究结果提出建议。
