设备是污水处理厂运行的物质基础。管理好设备可增加污水处理量、提高出水水质、降低处理成本、提高生产效益。设备管理的任务是管好、用好、修好设备 ,充分发挥设备的生产效能 ,保证安全生产 ,完成生产任务。设备管理的主要内容包括设备的合理选择及使用、维修、等级标准、完好率。

As an important material basis, equipment of well management is essential to get the normal performance and further improvement of WTP, like to expand the capacity, to recover the quality of effluent and to cut down the expenses for better benefit of wastewater treatment. The so called equipment management has to be responsible to every things to guarantee the safety operation according to the schedule, these include the operating, maintenance and repair of every specific devices and the integrated management of overall equipment.
