摘要
基于CD4046芯片提出并实现了一种逆变器负载谐振频率跟踪系统,确保逆变器开关器件工作在软开关(ZVZCS)状态下,显著减小功率器件的开关损耗和提高装置效率,并就控制系统的相位补偿、死区时间等进行讨论,进行了仿真验证,为分析和设计逆变电源提供了理论依据。
In this paper,a frequency track system based on the CD4046 is designed and proposed.It is applied to track the load resonant frequency of a High Frequency Inverter timely,so as to keep the inverter always working on Zero Voltage Zero Current Switching (ZVZCS) mode.And the losses of switching components are reduced obviously and the efficiency of the power is improved greatly.At last,the paper discusses the phase compensation and dead time of the control system.And the corresponding simulation experiment is done finally.It provides a useful method to analyze and design an inverter power supply.
