摘要
介绍了超声反射法的基本原理及其特点,并利用有限元方法对超声检测过程进行了数值模拟。通过对接收信号的分析,可以看出超声波检测复合材料检测精度较高,检测效果较明显,可以准确地识别出是否存在缺陷以及判断出缺陷的位置。
The basic principles and characteristic of ultrasonic reflection method are stated.Finally the finite element method is used to simulate the ultrasonic testing.Ultrasonic inspection in multi-layers carbon fiber composite has high detecting precision and much better detection effects through the analysis of the received signals.Whether composite materials have defects as well as the defects position can identify.
