混合磁悬浮轴承转子系统的仿真分析

摘要 通过ANSYS对UG中所建立的转子的三维实体模型进行有限元分析,生成了柔性转子的模态中性文件,将其导入ADAMS中分别建立了轴向永磁、径向四自由度电磁悬浮和轴、径向三自由度永磁、其余两径向自由度电磁悬浮的五自由度混合磁悬浮轴承柔性转子系统模型,采用基于接口的方法在MATLAB和ADAMS环境下对系统进行了起浮和旋转联合仿真,并根据仿真结果对设计参数进行了优化,可为混合磁悬浮轴承转子系统的设计与研究提供参考。 The 3D solid model of the rotor built in UG was analyzed and calculated by ANSYS,and then a MNF (Modal Neutral File) was created.A 5-DOF (Degree Of Freedom) simulation model of magnetic bearing -flexible rotor system with one axial permanent bearing and four radial active bearings another one with three permanent bearings and two active bearings were built respectively in ADAMS by using the MNF.The co-simulations of their suspension and rotating were accomplished in the environment of MATLAB and ADAMS based on the method of interface.The design parameters were optimized according to the result of co-simulation,which provides reference for the design and research of hybrid magnetic bearing rotor system.
