不同分级结构ZnO的制备及催化分解AP性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用水热法,在乙酸锌、氢氧化钠体系中,通过调节氢氧化钠的用量成功合成了片状和棒状为组装单元的分级结构ZnO。利用XRD,SEM对样品进行了表征,用热分析法考察了两种分级结构的ZnO对高氯酸铵(AP)分解的催化作用。结果表明:两种分级结构的ZnO均可强烈催化AP的热分解,而片状结构为组装单元的分级结构ZnO的催化性能更高。与纯高氯酸铵相比,加入片状分级结构的ZnO后AP的分解温度降低了181℃,且低温分解峰消失。 Hierarchical structures of ZnO were synthesized by hydrothermal method using zinc acetate and sodium hydroxide as raw materials.The as-prepared samples were characterized by SEM and XRD.The catalysis of the two kinds of hierarchical ZnO on NH4ClO4(AP) decomposition was investigated by thermal analysis.The results showed that the two kinds of hierarchical ZnO can all catalyze strongly the AP′s decomposition.The hierarchical ZnO assembled with naoplates showed better catalytic properties due to their smaller sizes.The second thermal decomposition temperature of AP decreased by 181 ℃.The low exothermic peak of AP decomposition disappeared for the two kinds of spherical hierarchical structures of ZnO.
