摘要
对生物质气化过程中产生的焦油进行了理化特性的研究,包括闪点、燃点、密度、黏度和酸度的分析,并对典型生物质焦油进行了工业分析和元素分析,重点研究了生物质焦油蒸馏前后成分的变化,结果表明,蒸馏后的桦木屑焦油、秸秆焦油和稻壳焦油的理化特性无明显差别;三类焦油的发热量、水分和灰分相近,但是元素组成的百分比有差异;焦油经过蒸馏后成分种类从45种增加到147种,馏分中可辨识的成分种类增加,可利用性增强.
Physical and chemical characteristics of tar that was produced by biomass gasification were studied, including flash point, ignition point, density, viscosity and acidity. And typical biomass tar was studied by industrial analysis and elemental analysis. Focusing on changes that composition of biomass tar before and after in the distillation. Results showed that: physical and chemical characteristics of birch tar, straw tar and rice husk tar that was distilled were not significant different ; heating value, moisture and ash content of three kinds of tar were similar, but the percent of element content was different; tar components in- creased by distillation from 45 species to 147 kinds of species, components of known major compounds in fraction of biomass pyrolysis tar were increased, and availbility of fraction of tar were enhanced.
