On the County-scaled Industrial Transfer Acceptance Enterprises——an Investigation of a Typical Luoning Industrial Transfer Acceptance Enterprises

洛宁县承接产业转移的4家典型企业在产业方向选择、落户考虑及销售市场方面存在共同特点。这些企业在实际运营中存在劳动力供给缺乏稳定性、劳动力结构缺乏层次性和多样性及企业融资难等方面的问题。针对存在的问题,承接产业转移的地方政府应有针对性地提供适时或前瞻性的政策支持。

The four typical industrial transfer acceptance enterprises share some common characteristics in their choice of production orientation,consideration of settlement and selling market.But they all faced the same problems in their practical operations such as the instability of labor force provided,lack of gradation and diversity in their labor structure and the difficulties of enterprise financing,and so on.According to these problems,the paper proposes that the local government should provide the timing or foreseeing supporting policies for these enterprises.
