摘要
中国英语专业学生在英语形容词-名词搭配方面和本族语者的使用惯例之间有显著差异,其搭配问题主要表现在四个方面:形容词误用、名词误用、搭配正确但与文中意义不符、同时搭配错误形容词和名词。在翻译教学中引入基于语料库的搭配教学,有助于提高学生的搭配意识和搭配能力。
There are significant differences between Chinese English majors and native speakers in using English adj-noun lexical collocations.This paper classifies the errors the learners made into four categories: misuse of adjectives,misuse of nouns,correct collocations,whereas being contradictory to the original meanings from the source context,and synchronically misusing both adjectives and nouns.Corpus-based collocation teaching can be introduced into translation teaching to enhance students′ word collocation awareness and proficiency.
