苦碟子注射液对初诊为中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的疗效与安全性

Efficacy and safety of Ixeris sonchifolia hance injection in the treatment of newly diagnosed central serous chorioretinopathy

目的评价苦碟子注射液(活血化瘀中药)治疗初诊中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者的临床疗效与安全性。方法将初诊为中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变79例患者,随机分为对照组(39例39眼)与治疗组(40例40眼)。对照组按常规治疗;在常规治疗基础上,治疗组加用苦碟子注射液。用光学相干断层扫描技术(OCT)、眼底照像及视网膜血管荧光造影、标准对数视力表等随访复诊。结果在每个疗程后,OCT检查浆液性脱离区下降高度、12周后总有效率和总显效率,治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组出现1例胃肠道不良反应。结论苦碟子注射液对治疗初诊中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变疗效明确且安全性较好。

Objective To investigate the curative effect and safety of Ixeris sonchifolia hance injection on the treatment of newly diagnosed central serous chorioretinopathy（CSC）.Methods Seventy-nine patients with newly diagnosed CSC were randomly divided into control group with thirty-nine eyes in thirty-nine patients,treated by conventional method and therapeutic group with forty eyes in forty patients,treated by conventional method and Ixeris sonchifolia hance injection.Each case was requested to return visit and inspected with optical coherence tomography（OCT）,fundus fluorescein angiography（FFA）,standard logarithmic visual acuity chart,etc.The clinical effect of drugs in both groups were recorded and analyzed comparatively.Results There were significant differences in drop height of serous detachment inspected with OCT after each course of treatment,total effective rate and total obvious effective rate after twelve weeks of treatment between the therapeutic group and the control group（P0.05）.Gastrointestinal reaction was seen in 1 case in control group.Conclusion Ixeris sonchifolia hance injection had a good effect and safety in the treatment of newly diagnosed CSC.
