摘要
以刺五加根段材料为试材,在春季进行了扦插试验,设计不同浓度的NAA、IBA单独和二者混合处理,以清水作对照,比较不同激素处理对刺五加根插条扦插生根率、平均根长、平均根数的影响,筛选出最佳处理浓度,以期为刺五加人工栽培提供快捷、有效的种苗繁殖技术。结果表明:不同激素处理组合对插穗的生根率均有明显影响。激素IBA0.125g/L+NAA0.125g/L混合液浸泡插穗的处理在扦插试验中,生根率、平均根长都高于其他处理,为较适宜的激素处理组合。
In this study,Acanthopanax senticosus root segments were used as the test materials,and the cutting test was made in spring.Firstly,design different concentration of NAA and IBA,and deal with them separately and also treat the mixed solution of the two.And then taking clean water as control,compare the cutting rooting rates,average root length and average root number of different hormone treatment on Acanthopanax root cuttings,and select the optimum concentration,so as to provide quick and effective seed propagation techniques for the artificial cultivation of Acanthopanax senticosus.The results show that:different hormone combinations had significant effects on the rooting rate of cuttings;when hormone of IBA 0.125g/L + NAA 0.125g/L of the mixture soak cuttings was treated in the cutting test,the rooting rate and average root length was higher than other treatments,so it was the appropriate hormone treatment combination.
