摘要
根据预应力混凝土路面的特点,采用20结点等参数单元进行有限元数值计算,提出了更符合工作状况的板底摩阻力的迭代处理模型,数值算例及测试结果皆表明分析模型及程序的有效性。结合国内首条试验路段的实际情况,研究施加预应力对路面的影响以及预应力筋的安装埋置要求。
A 20 - node isoparametric element is implemented firstly for the finite element analysis of load strees of prestressed concrete pavemnet (PCP), according to its structural characteristics. The longitudinal prestress equivalent model, reinforcement model and the distribution model of subgrade reaction force are established. The iteration dealing model of friction force at slab bottom is presented, which corresponds much more with the working condition of PCP than the others before. And more, a stress calculation method of higher accuracy is introduced and the corresponding analysis program is developed. Numerical simulations and expement data both verify the detiveness of the analytical model and program. Based on the first domestic experimental road, the effect of prestressing force on pavement is researched and the requirements of installing reinforcement are put forward in detail.
