摘要
采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对单层圆柱形爆炸容器内部中心点爆炸后冲击波的产生、传播和壳体动态响应进行了数值模拟。结果表明:爆心环面应变呈现出非严格一致的周期性消涨特征,应变在第一个1/4周期内就得到了最大值,而离开爆心环面筒体上其他点也出现了应变增长现象;爆炸容器封头顶点所受的载荷最大,是最易发生破坏的地方,侧壁与爆点所在横截面的交线也易破坏。
Using ANSYS/ LS - DYNA, the generation and propagation of explosion shock wave, and dy- namic responses of an explosion vessel with a single - layer cylindrical shell were all numerically simula- ted. The results showed that : the strain of explosion center torus showed non - strictly periodic fluctuation characteristics, there was no strain growth phenomenon; and except explosion center torus there was also appeared strain growth phenomenon. Explosion vessel suffered maximum load in the head point which isage.
