多套管换热器具有不易堵塞、拆洗更换内管简单方便等特点,可满足高粘易堵介质换热的使用要求。其内管与管板可拆式非焊接密封连接是影响设备整体密封可靠性的关键。介绍了一种多套管换热器及内管可拆卸的密封结构,其密封采用螺纹球面内管接头加填料函密封形式,在实际应用中得到了满意的密封效果。

Multi -double- pipe heat exchanger could satisfy for the high viscosity medium because it is not easy to be plugged, and its inner pipe is convenient to be taken off, cleaned and replaced. The de- tachable non -welding sealing connection between the inner pipe and pipe plate is the key to the sealing reliability for the whole equipment. The new multi -double -pipe heat exchanger and its detachable sealing connection structure of the inner pipe is described, the thread spherical pipe head plus packing box seallng structure is very effective which was proved in operation.
