维生素D2对哮喘大鼠肺组织ICAM-1及IL-4的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨维生素D2(VD2)对哮喘大鼠的气道炎症的影响。方法 30只SD大鼠随机分3组,其中哮喘组和VD2组用卵清白蛋白致敏激发制备哮喘模型。VD2组于激发前给予腹腔注射VD2,哮喘组及空白对照组给予注射生理盐水。观察大鼠肺泡灌洗液(BALF)细胞计数和分类及白细胞介素4(IL-4)含量,肺组织标本中细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)阳性细胞平均光密度值。结果哮喘组炎症指标较空白对照组明显升高,VD2组炎症指标较哮喘组减低。结论 VD2对哮喘大鼠的气道炎症有一定的减轻作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of vitamin D2(VD2) on airway inflammation in asthmatic rats.Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into three group,asthma group and VD2 treated group were established asthmatic models with ovalbumin.VD2 was intraperitoneal injected before incitation in VD2 group,asthma group and normal control group used normal saline instead.Cell counting and classification and the content of IL-4 were obtained in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BLAF) of rats.and the average optical density was determined in lung tissue expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) of the positive cells.Results Inflammatory markers in asthma group was significantly higher than that of control group.Inflammatory markers of VD2 group had reduced compared with asthma group.Conclusion VD2 has certain reduced role on airway inflammation in asthmatic rats.
