热处理温度对掺铁TiO_2纳米粉体光催化性能的影响 被引量:1

EFFECT OF HEAT TREATING TEMPERATURE ON PHOTOCATALYSIS OF IRON-DOPED TiO_2 NANOPOWDERS

摘要 以硫酸氧钛、九水硝酸铁、钛酸丁酯等为原料,采用均匀沉淀法和溶胶-凝胶法分别合成制备出单一的二氧化钛和掺铁的二氧化钛纳米粉体。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和可见光分光光度计等测试手段,研究了热处理温度对掺铁TiO2纳米粉体的晶型和光催化性能的影响,并对掺铁TiO2纳米粉体的晶型和光催化性能之间的相关性的进行了分析。实验数据表明,掺铁TiO2纳米粉体的适宜热处理温度约为400℃。 Tacking tanium oxysulfate, Fe(NO3)3. 9H20 and tetrabutyl titanate as the raw materials, pure TiO2 nano-particles and irondoped TiO2 nanopowders were synthesized seperatelly by homogeneous lecipitation method and solgel means. Using Xray diffraction (XRD) and visible spectrophotometer the paler discussed the crystal phases of prepared TiO2 nanopowder and their photocatalystic performance, and researched the relationship between crystal form and catalystic properties. And experimental data showed that a suitable heat treatment temperature of irondoped TiO2 nanopowders was about 400℃
