摘要
铜钨合金是高压开关电器中的重要触头材料,铜钨触头的抗电弧烧蚀性能是衡量触头优劣的重要指标。本文采用熔渗法制备了三组铜钨合金,研究了钨粉粒度及组成对合金金相组织、力学物理性能及抗电弧烧蚀性能的影响,分析了影响铜钨触头抗电弧烧损性能的原因。
Cu-W alloy is an important contact material used in high-voltage switch electric appliances. The arc erosion resistance of Cu-W contact is a key index to measure the quality of contact. Three groups of Cu-W alloys were prepared by infiltration process. The effects of granularity and component of tungsten powder on microstructure, mechanical properties and arc erosion resistance were studied, and the reason was analyzed.
