摘要 ERFs(ethylene-responsive factors)是植物特有的一类转录因子,位于乙烯信号转导途径的下游,具有一个高度保守的含58或59个氨基酸的DNA结合域,通过结合相关基因的启动子顺式作用元件调控植物生物和非生物胁迫反应。综述ERF转录因子的结构特征和分类及其在植物抗逆作用中的研究进展。 ERF transcription factors are special transcription factors for plant,which are the downstream components of ethylene signal transduction pathway.ERFs protein contain a highly conserved DNA-binding domain known as the ERF domain consisting of 58-59 amino acids.They play an important role in plant biotic and abiotic stress responses by binding the cis-element of promoter.In this review,the progress of the research on the structure and classification of ERF transcription factors,also the function of plant tolerance to stresses were introduced.
