嘉兴优先发展现代物流产业的对策研究

Research on Countermeasures to the Preferential Development of Modern Logistics Industry in Jiaxing

"十一五"期间,嘉兴市现代物流产业取得了长足发展,同时存在诸多不足。物流量持续增加,但比重仍较低;物流企业数量增多,但实力企业缺位;物流园区建设初具规模,但功能凸显不够;资金周转速度较低,物流成本居高不下。嘉兴物流业后续发展中还存在体制、规模、政策、整合、联动和人才等方面的障碍,必须加快重点物流园区、嘉兴港和内河港以及"大通关"建设,引进和培育物流企业,促进第三方物流发展,搭建公共物流信息平台。

During the 11th Five-Year Plan period,Jiaxing modern logistics industry has obtained great progress.Meanwhile there exist a lot of defects： the logistics volume has been increasing continuously,yet the proportion is still low;the number of logistics enterprises has increased a lot,but the stronger business is vacant;the construction of logistics park has taken shape,but the function is obviously not enough;the capital turnover rate is relatively low and the cost of logistics is still too high.The major impediments to the development of Jiaxing logistics industry are system,dimensions,policy,integration,linkage,personnel and so on.If Jiaxing plans to give priority to the development of modern logistics industry,it must accelerate the construction of logistics park,Jiaxing harbor,river port and ＂Large-Scale Simplification of Customs Clearance Procedures＂,introduce and cultivate logistic enterprises,promote the development of the third party logistics and build public logistics information platform.
