施用不同浓度有机肥对辣椒根际土壤微生物的影响

Effect of Different Concentrations of Organic Fertilizer on the Microbes in Pepper Rhizosphere Soil

为了深入了解施用不同浓度的有机肥对辣椒根际土壤中微生物的影响,进而总结有机辣椒的种植体系,提高有机辣椒的产量和质量,本研究通过施用不同浓度梯度的有机肥,持续3年跟踪分析辣椒根际土壤中微生物的变化。结果表明:施用有机肥对辣椒根际土壤微生物有一定的影响,表现为微生物(真菌、细菌和放线菌)的总数量随着有机肥浓度的增加而增多,并且随着种植年限的增加而增多。

To improve the yield and quality of pepper and summarize organic pepper planting system,the effects of organic fertilizer concentration on the microbes of rhizosphere soil were investigated for three year in the present work.The results showed that the microbial amount（fungus,bacteria and actinomycete） had a positive correlations with organic fertilizer concentration and the planting years.
