摘要
目的探讨数字减影血管造影(DSA)和栓塞治疗在不明原因消化道出血中的临床应用价值。方法对23例不明原因消化道出血病例进行血管造影,明确出血动脉后采用微导管超选择插管,进行栓塞治疗。结果 23例造影中阳性15例,阴性8例,阳性率65.22%;12例同时行栓塞止血治疗,成功10例,30d内无复发,成功率83.33%。结论选择性动脉造影对不明原因消化道出血的诊断有重要价值,栓塞治疗安全有效。
Objective To study the value of digital subtract angiography（DSA） and embolization in unknown-reason gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods Twenty-three patients with unknown reason gastrointestinal hemorrhage accepted angiography. Embolotheraphy was used after super selective catheterization of the bleeding branch artery. Results DSA showed positive result in 15 of 23 cases（65.22%）. Arterial embolization was made in 12 patients after angiography. The bleeding was stopped in 10 cases with an achievement ratio of 83.33%. And no rebleeding was observed in 30 days. Conclusion Selective angiography is valuable for diagnosing gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Embolization is a safe and efficient method.
