主动脉穿透性溃疡并假性动脉瘤1例 被引量：3

Penetrating Aortic Ulcer And Pseudoaneurysm:One Case Report

摘要 1病例资料 68岁男性患者。患者2011年2月无明显诱因出现持续性腰痛,并进行性加重。3月下旬当地医院行腰椎正侧位片和腰椎CT平扫检查,提示腰3、腰4椎体骨质缺损,椎体周围囊性包块,诊断为＂腰椎结核＂。2011年4月患者入我院骨科行增强CT检查,提示：腹主动脉血管管壁广泛性增厚,主动脉壁多发＂龛影＂征象（图1、2）,
