摘要
嘉绍大桥上部结构施工中,为满足架桥机的拼装及节段箱梁的提升功能需在深水域设置大吨位提升站,该提升站控制起吊净重达300t,起吊跨度达53m。考虑强涌潮水压力的制约、冲刷以及台风的影响,经综合比较,采用固定式提升站方案。提升站立柱采用钢管结构,下部为打入钢管桩,钢管桩通过联结系与主桥基础连接,充分利用主桥基础抵抗部分水平力;提升站主梁采用钢箱梁,单个提升站设置2片主梁,主梁上方布置单侧单轨移动天车。提升站立柱在工厂分段制造,工地上现场拼装;主梁在工厂分3节制造,运输至现场焊成整体。
In the construction of the superstructure of Jiashao Bridge, the large tonnage lifting station was built in the deep water area of Qiantangjiang River to satisfy the functions of segmental box girder assembling and lifting. The controlled net lifting weight of the lifting station is up to 300 t and the lifting span reaches 53 m. Given the restriction and erosion of strong tide pressure and the influence of typhoon and through comprehensive comparison, the fixed lifting station plan was adopted. The vertical column of the lifting station is of steel tube structure and the lower part of the column is designed as driving steel tube pile which is connected to the foundation of the main bridge through bracing to make full use of the foundation to resist part of the horizontal force. The main girder of the lifting station is steel box girder, two pieces of main girder are set for an individual lifting station and the one side and one rail moving trolley is placed over the main girder. The vertical column of the lifting station is fabricated in segment in factory and assembled at bridge site. The main girder is fabricated by three segments and delivered to the bridge site to weld into a whole.
