摘要
介绍舞台机械控制系统的PLC软件功能和上位机软件功能,结合一般剧场系统网络图,给出了较经济的冗余控制解决方案。同时,对以PLC为基础的控制系统的网络性能、响应时间、控制精度进行了定量的分析和计算。
PLC software and upper computer software were introduced for stage machinery control system. Combined with the network graphs of ordinary theatres, the paper gave an inexpensive solution of redundant control system, along with the detailed analysis and calculation of the network performance, response time, control accuracy which based on PLC controller.
