在NBA比赛中,罚球线上决定比赛胜负的场面是越来越多,罚球命中率则尤为关键。通过文献和视频资料法对NBA罚球命中率的现状进行分析,发现NBA的罚球命中率一直难以提高,而主要原因在于教练不够重视。针对此因,拟注重运用暗示训练和自我暗示相结合的训练方法,培养球员形成良好的罚球习惯,树立自信心,提升在比赛中的罚球命中率。

In the NBA games,the win-or-lose scenes by penalty line are becoming more and more,and the penalty hit rate counts most.By means of literature and video,we have conducted an investigation into the status quo of penalty hit rate in NBA games,and the findings show that the penalty hit rate in NBA games is very hard to improve and the main reason is that coaches do not attach importance to it.Owing to the reasons mentioned above,the author assumes that the method of combing suggestive training and self-suggestion should be applied to train players to form the good habit of penalty,helping the players to set confidence and to improve the penalty hit rate in games.
