经伤椎单节段椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折27例疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 后路椎弓根钉内固定术是目前治疗胸腰段骨折常用的手术方式之一。但无论是跨伤椎的4钉2椎体固定还是6钉3椎体固定,均为双节段固定,术后易发生脊柱运动节段丢失及相邻节段退变^1,2]。为尽量减少固定融合节段,2009年3月-2011年6月,我们对部分压缩爆裂型及屈曲牵张型胸腰椎骨折采用单节段固定融合治疗。现报告如下。
