微颗粒在血栓及其相关性疾病发生中的作用

摘要 微颗粒是从各种不同细胞膜上脱落下来的一类膜性小囊泡,通过细胞表面的刺激,激发细胞凋亡或激活,使微颗粒释放。微颗粒具有促凝、促炎症、促使血管生成和调节内皮功能等作用。现就微颗粒在血栓疾病或血栓相关性疾病中的重要作用及研究进展进行综述。
