摘要 富含亮氨酸重复序列相互作用蛋白1(LRRFIP1)是一种转录抑制因子,存在于多种动物和人的组织细胞中,在表皮生长、肿瘤及脑血管病中表达明显升高,具有转录抑制作用、参与信号通路调控及参与血小板细胞骨架的组成部分,也是miRNA调节的靶基因,并起着重要作用。对LRRFIP1的结构特点、分布与功能及其机制进行综述。 leucine-rich repeat (in FLII) interacting protein I(LRRFIP1) is a kind of transcription inhibitory factor which exists in tissue ceils of various animals and human body. Its expression increases significantly in epidermal growth, tumors and cerebrovascular diseases. With transcription inhibition feature, it involves in the regulation of signal pathways and the platelet cytoskeleton component. It is also target gene of miRNA regulation and plays an important role in the process. This paper reviews the LRRFIP1 structure characteristics, distribution and function and its regulation mechanism.
