复方灵芝降糖胶囊对Ⅱ型糖尿病模型大鼠脂代谢的影响(Ⅱ)

The Effect of Co-lingzhijiangtang Capsule on the Lipid Metabolism in Blood of TypeⅡMelituria Rats

目的:观察复方灵芝降糖胶囊对Ⅱ型糖尿病模型大鼠脂代谢的影响。方法:以高脂饲料喂养Wistar大鼠诱发胰岛素抵抗,并以小剂量链尿佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射诱发Ⅱ型糖尿病。模型大鼠随机分组,灌胃给药。给药结束后取血进行高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-a)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)检测,进行组间比较。结果:与对照组相比,给药1个月后复方灵芝降糖胶囊各剂量组糖尿病大鼠LDL-C及FFA水平均明显下降,HDL-C升高,具有统计学意义。结论:复方灵芝降糖胶囊对Ⅱ型糖尿病模型大鼠的脂代谢有较好的调节作用。

Objective：To study the effect of Co-Lingzhijiangtang capsule on the lipid metabolism in blood of typeⅡ melituria rats.Method：To make the model of typeⅡmelituria rats with feeding hyper-lipid fodder and injecting a small dosage STZ to intraperitoneum.And then the modle rats were divided into seven groups and administered.After administration the blood samples were taken to determine their blood LDL-C,HDL-C,and FFA.Results：Compaed with control group,the capsule had obvious effects on lowering LDL-C,FFA and higher blood HDL-C after administration for one month.Conclusion：The Co-lingzhijiangtang Capsule may be an effective medicine to treat typeⅡdiabetes mellitus.
