墨旱莲水煎剂对卡铂致小鼠血小板减少的治疗研究

The Effect of Eclipta Prostrata on Mice of Thrombocytopenia by Carboplatin

目的:探讨墨旱莲水煎剂对卡铂致小鼠血小板减少的治疗效果。方法:本实验将160只小鼠随机分为5组:4组注射卡铂制成模型,其中3组造模后分别给予高中低剂量墨旱莲水煎剂灌胃10d,余两组给予生理盐水灌胃10d。采用血细胞分析作为观察指标进行对比分析。结果:各组在第13天血小板计数与空白组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),在第19天治疗组血小板计数与模型组比较均有提高(P<0.05),且中、低剂量组明显高于模型组(P<0.01)。各组各时间点的白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、血红蛋白与空白组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与模型组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各组各时间点的血小板体积、淋巴细胞百分比、红细胞计数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:墨旱莲水煎剂能加快卡铂所致血小板减少的恢复。

Objective： To investigate the effect of the water decoction of Eclipta prostrata on mice with thrombocytopenia after chemotherapy.Methods： This experiment includes five groups：four of them were to be the modle of thrombocytopenia,and three of the groups which were made into the models were given different density of Eclipta decoction,and other two were given the same dose of normal saline.Adopting the analysis of blood cells as an indicator.Result：Platelet count in each group except the control group at the thirteenth day was significantly different（P0.01）,and platelet counted in each group at the nineteenth day were larger than that in the model group（P0.05）,and the mid dose and the low dose group were significantly improved than the model group（P0.01）.White blood cell count,neutrophil percentage and hemoglobin in each group except the control group at each time were significantly different（P0.01）,but no difference with each other（P0.05）.Platelet volume,percentage of lymphocytes and red blood cell count in each group at each time were no different（P0.05）.Conclusion：Eclipta decoction can speed up the recovery of platelet,which is caused by carboplatin.
