摘要
射频连接器导体表面镀层状态直接影响到射频连接器的电气性能,如镀层氧化、腐蚀、硫化和斑痕现象发生将会增加或破坏其固有的电气特性。为了能得到最佳的电气性能,除设计因素外,还必须使镀层表面保持洁净无腐蚀,在目前的自然环境下很难达到,故必须考虑给镀层表面防腐蚀性保护。因此,在射频连接器导体表面上使用润滑保护剂,并对其防护性能和电气性能的影响及其改善效果加以验证。
Conductor surface of Radio frequency connector namely electroplated coating surface would impact electrical performance of the radio frequency connector,any oxidation,corrosion,vulcanization and blackspot on the surface would destroy inherent electrical performance of the connector.In addition to design factors,the coating surface should keep clean and no corrosion in order to get the optimum electrical performance,but it's hard to do in natural environment,therefor,an additional anti-corrosion protection to the coating should be necessary.In this paper,experiments of lubricating protective agent dipping were carried out,the improving effects to the barrier property and electrical performance were also discussed.
