The Relationship of DNA-PKcs,Ku70 and Ku80 Expressions with Radiosensitivity in Patients with Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

摘要 [目的]研究DNA依赖蛋白激酶催化亚单位(DNA-PKcs)、Ku70、Ku80表达与食管鳞癌放射敏感性的关系。[方法]应用组织芯片技术和免疫组织化学方法检测行放射治疗的60例食管鳞癌患者病理组织学标本中DNA-PKcs、Ku70、Ku80的表达情况,分析三者表达与患者临床病理特征、放射治疗后生存率的相关性。[结果]DNA-PKcs的表达与食管癌区域淋巴结转移情况呈负相关(P=0.035),DNA-PKcs高表达的患者进行放射治疗后生存期较低表达组长(P<0.001)。Ku70、Ku80表达与食管鳞癌患者临床病理特征及生存期无关(P>0.05)。[结论]DNA-PKcs高表达与食管鳞癌患者放射治疗后生存期呈正相关。
