黄连素联合培菲康治疗食管癌术后腹泻临床疗效观察

Clinical Research on Combining Berberine and Bifico of Diarrhea in Patients after Esophageal Cancer Surgery

目的:本课题从临床出发,采用黄连素联合培菲康,以患者近期排便功能为主要疗效评价标准,进行临床对照研究,客观公正地评价黄连素联合培菲康对食管癌术后腹泻的治疗作用。通过研究,为该类患者提供一种更有效的治疗方法,从而探讨黄连素联合培菲康在食管癌术后围手术期治疗方面的价值,为治疗食管癌术后腹泻提供新思路。方法:将符合食管癌术后腹泻诊断标准的病例60例,随机分成治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组:黄连素,0.3g/次,3次/d;培菲康,2次/d,840mg/次,连服1个月为1个疗程。对照组:黄连素,0.3g/次,3次/d,连服1个月为1个疗程。治疗1个月后,采用徐忠法五项10分制评价标准对效果进行综合分析评价。结果:治疗结束后,在总的排便功能改善方面,治疗组与对照组比较有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论:黄连素联合培菲康可为食管癌术后腹泻的患者提供有效的治疗方法,可改善排便功能、提高其生活质量。

Objective：Under the guidance of clinical work,with combining Berberine and Bifico as treatment method,this subject took defecation function in the near future as the main therapy criteria in order to get objective and fair evaluation of the treatment of combining Berberine and Bifico on patients with diarrhea after esophageal cancer surgery.Through the study to provide a more effective treatment method,so as to explore values of combining Berberine and Bifico in perioperative esophageal cancer,and to provide a new approach for the treatment of diarrhea after esophageal cancer surgery.Methods：Choice of 60 patients with diarrhea after esophageal cancer surgery were divided into treatment and control groups,treatment group of 30 cases,30 cases in the control group.The treatment group： Berberine tablets：each 0.3g,3 times a day and Bifico：each 840mg,2 times a day,one month in a row for a course of treatment.The control group：Berberine tablets：each 0.3g,3 times a day,one month in a row for a course of treatment.The therapeutic efficacy was analyzed and evaluated comprehensively depending on a defecation check table developed from the Xu Zhongfa＇s 5-item 10-integrable system.Results：After treatment,the total improvements of defecation function in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group（P0.01 or P0.05）.Conclusion：Combining Berberine and Bifico can provide effective treatmen for the therapy of diarrhea in patients after esophageal cancer surgery,improve defecation function and improve their living quality.
