摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法:将64例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各32例;对照组予替硝唑,1次/d,头孢哌酮,2次/d,静脉滴注,连续用药14d;治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药保留灌肠,1次/d,半个月为1个疗程,连续用3个疗程。结果:治疗组的总有效率(93.8%)明显高于对照组(75.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.27,P<0.05)。结论:静脉点滴抗生素同时加用中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效满意。
Objective:To analyze the effect of chinese medicine combined with western medicine in treating chronic pelvic inflammation disease.Methods:64 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each 32 cases.The control group intravenous infusion tinidazole,1 time per day,and Cefoperazone,2 times per day,last for 14 days.The patients in treatment group received western medicine therapy plus herbal retention enema 1 time per day for 3 courses(half month/course).Results:The success rate of treatment group(93.8%)was higher than the control group(75.0%) significantly,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.27,P<0.05).Conclusion:The effcet of intravenous antibiotics combined with herbal retention enema on chronic pelvic inflammation disease was satisfactory.
